Since finishing my skier portrait, I've been lacking inspiration for a new drawing. But I want to keep working on art, because now that I'm in a gallery, I have a real sense of purpose. So I went through the photos on my phone that I keep for inspiration, and decided to do this small piece, based on a photo of Lana Del Rey and some random guy from a YouTube video whose style I liked. I figured since I wasn't feeling very inspired, I'd just do a small drawing, so I wouldn't get frustrated if I ended up hating it. So far I'm happy with it, though the shadows on his face could be better. Oh well, it's supposed to look kinda messy, and creepy, and unfinished. Actually it is unfinished, but it's gonna have a rough look even when I'm done with it.
